Agenda 21/30 vs The Hunger Games vs COVID-19

I'm surprised I haven't seen a post on this topic yet- forgive me if it's been covered before. If you haven't familiarized yourself with the United Nations' documents, Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030, you should take some time to see what the 'leaders' of the world think will be necessary for the human species to not expand itself into extinction. Synopsis: Radical global depopulation 'by any means necessary', to the tune of everyone but 500 million people dying, is the only logical conclusion to combatting climate change and ensuring humanity endures indefinitely on Earth. These documents go on to outline guidelines such as goverment-run communial housing, most wilderness areas being federally protected and off-limits to the public, limits on the number of children allowed per household, criminalization of hunting/fishing/trapping, no natural rights, no private firearm ownership, etc. It certainly is some non-fiction sci-fi reading to help you lose sleep at night.

Now skip to The Hunger Games trilogy. How many of you have read the books or seen the movies starring Miss Katniss Everdeen? The setting in this set is a post-apocalyptic, war-ridden world ruled by a totalitarian, socialist surveillance State known only as The Capitol. Following a societal collapse in the wake of an armed rebellion to their rule The Capitol emerges victorious to again establish stability, order, and most importantly control to the world. They segregate the remaining living populations into 13 districts. These districts exclusively exist to provide resources and labor to support The Capitol. The districts are prohibited from communicating with other districts, are enclosed by walls that seperate the districts from the surrounding protected wildlife areas, prohibited from privately owning weapons of any kind, the number of children they can have is limited, etc. They are also forced to offer up their of-age children to be selected at random to participate in televised gladiatorial events as a reminder of the cost of non-compliance, way to pay reparations for the prior rebellion, and to suppress the possibility of a future rebellion.

Now- aside from gladitorial events for children this post apocalyptic world very much mirrors the world that the propositions and strategies laid forth by Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 will/would produce.

With all the global craziness and panic surrounding the Coronavirus happening presently, how likely is it that we are seeing an active attempt to depopulate our planet (whether COVID-19 is man-made or just a really convenient vessel for the implementation of martial law/government control) and cripple the middle and lower classes worldwide until the global whole screams for government intervention which ushers in global compliance and implementation of Agenda 2030, courtesy of the United Nations' 'brightest minds'. Why aren't developed countries doing more to test and prevent the spread of this virus, unless they have some other motivation to allow its progression before making a global effort to stop it?

After all, the Hegelian dialectic has proven itself to be remarkably effective throughout history. 'Out of chaos, order'. You don't have to use force to get a desired result. You simply create or facilitate a problem until it spirals out of control to the point that your proposed 'solution' (end-goal) is the only reasonable resolution the general public will accept. Thoughts?
