Hasn't Luis said he's under NDA and that's partially why some of his messaging is cryptic? Didn't he also say if he ran for Congress or testified under oath to Congress he could say more? (Vague recollection, haven't found source) Something very actionable that we could start is a campaign to ask our Congress members to have Luis testify under oath about his previous position within the Pentagon, why he left, and what he knows especially w.r.t. a cover up or illegal actions taken by members in the DoD. The idea the US Government can tell the world they're going to start studying UAP/UFO Phenomena like it's this new effort and new thing is LAUGHABLE...and the idea people in the Disclosure movement eat this stuff up is a testament to just how badly the "World Elite" has tricked the world. Obviously this is pure speculation, but if we consider the possibility that these objects could have come from our oceans, from another intelligence hidden on Earth, would it not be more plausible that they could potentially come from a much larger ocean, one we have no way to explore currently, rather than hidden on our own planet? My biggest issue with the idea of a second intelligence on Earth is the idea that we have found so little evidence that we could apply to it. Look at the massive impact a land based species like us has had on our oceans. Would not a much older civilization have shown some kind of environmental impact, or some kind of ruins that we would eventually come across? I don't know if the DOD has declassified everything it knows about this operation. What if the DOD still has some classified files stored somewhere? Operation Highjump began August 26, 1946, ended Februari 1947. August 26, 2021 it will be exact 75 years, since operation High Jump began. No I know how this sounds, but hear me out.
