Dog sleeper cell agents

What if there was a way for people to turn dogs into sleeper cell agents - raise puppies to be well behaved but have a trigger to make them into killing machines (a signal or a mechanism implanted). It seems like a lot of impoverished countries are overrun with stray dogs, so they’d have the animals readily available to aid in terrorism. Americans already love saying they rescued dogs, and there’s already programs in place where the dogs are saved and transported to the US. It would be super easy to exploit, especially because there’s barely any laws on how pets are raised and treated. I’m not sure if any kind of technology exists that could realistically make “sleeper cell dogs” and if it did it would probably be very chaotic and impossible to control; i.e. it would be a blood bath but anyone in proximity would be at risk. Chaos seems to be what terrorism is all about though so I don’t think that would matter.

TL;DR: what if the US’s enemies implanted sleeper cell agent dogs in our country that Americans unknowingly adopted and raised, in order to execute the signal one day and cause mass chaos in an act of terror

I have no facts to back up this theory, it’s purely speculation. If you have any data on how this could or could not be possible I’d love to hear it!

You've seen it on the glove Tom Hanx ig post, you've heard about it in the wayfairgate evil if you are on twitter. What does it mean? My guess is "src" is short for "satanic ritual child". "sra" is well documented short for "satanic ritual abuse" Also, the wayfair building has the fmason black and white pattern design on the roof (see photos) which is symbolic for "good vs evil" and can be seen in many of their lodges. If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily. From a disease that was originally a nothingburger, but is now super deadly because of this leaky vaccine.
