Is Coronavirus COVID-19 a form of population control implemented by government(s)?

This is my first post on here because I genuinely want to get to the bottom of this. Is there a good reason the Coronavirus can benefit the US government or any government for that matter? All I hear about in the news is about this Coronavirus but I NEVER hear them talking about a vaccine. A vaccine is the ONLY way we can eliminate this virus and go back to normal. This virus is doing a great job at swiftly killing babys and old people. We are in the year 2020, its very alarming to me that human trials have not began for the vaccine yet. Im sure you can pay plenty of people 50k each to willingly participate in them. Maybe somebody can backup my claim or disprove it. Feedback would be appreciated. Stay safe.

You've seen it on the glove Tom Hanx ig post, you've heard about it in the wayfairgate evil if you are on twitter. What does it mean? My guess is "src" is short for "satanic ritual child". "sra" is well documented short for "satanic ritual abuse" Also, the wayfair building has the fmason black and white pattern design on the roof (see photos) which is symbolic for "good vs evil" and can be seen in many of their lodges. If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily. From a disease that was originally a nothingburger, but is now super deadly because of this leaky vaccine.
