Outrageous Student Tuitions are used to legitimize the G.I. Bill.

First, a quick question. Why is college so expensive? They make millions yearly off of tuition alone, not to mention textbooks as well as private grants and government grants. They aren't hurting, and yet the price of college tuition, especially after the 1970s, has drastically risen, even beyond inflation.

Now, college tuition doesn't really affect richer communities with better schools. But it does effect poorer, high population areas like the Bronx, Baltimore, Petersburg, many parts of the deep South, parts of Atlanta, Houston and many more. (Not saying all of the parts of these areas are poor, but they have tons of poor areas.)

These areas have struggled to rise out of poverty due to the government; the chains of welfare, the war on drugs, and stuff like that. Those hit already poor communities the hardest. These places can't afford student loans or tuition.

So my theory is that the social elite and the government are systematically stomping down poor communities not because of race, but because they want a steady stream of desperate and obedient grunts to fight in their wars for resources. Wars are expensive, Vietnam made this a reality to a lot of Americans. After Vietnam, resources were becoming more scarce and Americans didn't trust their government. They couldn't conscript without people throwing a fit, like the Soviets could, so the Democrats and Republicans teamed up to forge a plan; abuse the G.I. bill to bring in a steady swathe of recruits that were loyal.

One of the main perks of the G.I. bill was that it could pay for your tuition if you so pleased. But tuition was much cheaper back then, about $500 in the 50s and 60s, and during Vietnam it was a few thousand at most. Even poor communities could work minimum wage and make tuition, especially if they worked together. This wouldn't do. They decided to make minimum wage rise at a much slower rate and college tuition skyrocket in price. This would explain why minimum wage can no longer maintain a standard of living: the government didn't want this to happen. This would easily gain support f I'm richer lobbyists who would do anything to pay their workers less, and universities were all for this. Everybody In power wins here.

It's no coincidence why recruiters are swarming low income and crime riddled neighborhoods. People are desperate and will fight unknowingly to empower the rich just for a chance to feed themselves. And remember when I mentioned welfare and the war on crime? The government threw welfare at poor families to keep them locked in a porpetual state of poverty, and the war on crime made even more people poor and separated families. It would explain why so many people are in prison, why welfare hasn't been abolished, why the minimum wage was never made livable.

It would also explain why the U.S. government flooded black communities with Coke in the 80s and 90s to empower terrorists on Guatemala. It's popular theory that the government targeted black people out of racism, but what if that's what the government wants you to think? If a whistleblower released info about it being used to funnel poor recruits into the army, there would be MAYHEM. People would stop joining the U.S. Military out of spite, recruiters would be assaulted, people would never pay war bonds again and would even violently protest. Much of the military might even just straight up defect or leave. Blaming it on racism isn't actually that damaging in the long run.

So, yeah. A bunch of poor recruits to fight the wars of the rich to keep the oil flowing and "spread democracy" to nation's with oil. Ever wonder why we haven't done that to places in Africa? Lots of places in Africa have no good resources. Anywhere with resources l, the U.S. has invaded to "spread democracy."
