Trying to figure out what this is

I'm searching for an answer and I thought someone here might be able to help me out.

I live in San Francisco and yesterday I was sitting by the beach, and there was an old hippie on the steps in front of me. He had scribbled in chalk behind him something like "release the john chochra files 1969." I remembered it but didn't think much of it.

Then this morning I was walking down the street after getting a coffee, and a man walked past me on the cellphone, and the only piece I overheard him say was "they put these things called the john chokra files from 1969 on the internet," or something like that.

Both had the same name, which I don't know how to spell, and the specific year of 1969.

I tried googling with a few variations on the name but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know what this could be?

It's interesting to me because (1) it was an incredible coincidence to see this twice in 2 days, and (2) it would be my first time hearing about some type of leak or conspiracy theory-type thing this way in the real world, rather than through the internet, and that's unusual to me.

You've seen it on the glove Tom Hanx ig post, you've heard about it in the wayfairgate evil if you are on twitter. What does it mean? My guess is "src" is short for "satanic ritual child". "sra" is well documented short for "satanic ritual abuse" Also, the wayfair building has the fmason black and white pattern design on the roof (see photos) which is symbolic for "good vs evil" and can be seen in many of their lodges. If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily. From a disease that was originally a nothingburger, but is now super deadly because of this leaky vaccine.
