I'm just so confused

I don't know what to do or what to think. One part of me feels like the truth is out there I just need to keep digging or 'looking within oneself'. Its just soo hard. I get lost down the rabbit hole of the elites being in control... what is even REAL. My family keep going on about 'fake news' which they mean by reddit, or anything apart from basic news. What if everything is a lie and even the 'conspiracies' are junk and we are all in a dark world were we will never find peace. How do I go from here? Give up and go with the flow? Or look for more even though it seems no one around me feels the same or fights for what's right?

You've seen it on the glove Tom Hanx ig post, you've heard about it in the wayfairgate evil if you are on twitter. What does it mean? My guess is "src" is short for "satanic ritual child". "sra" is well documented short for "satanic ritual abuse" Also, the wayfair building has the fmason black and white pattern design on the roof (see photos) which is symbolic for "good vs evil" and can be seen in many of their lodges. If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily. From a disease that was originally a nothingburger, but is now super deadly because of this leaky vaccine.
