RAMSES II is cool emoji is him telling his investors something like root means square error (rmse) and the II means square root is dropping.

Whatever that means.

But elons tweets are stock market manipulation and insider trading for tsla.

I'm not a mathamagician but Elon routinely does this. Ramses 2 is cool means rmse is dropping on tsla so insider trading somehow.

All of his tweets are insider trading. The most obvious was when he said tsla was over valued and it dropped by like 20%. If you read between the lines he was saying short tsla now and if you did you would have made 20%.

Elon is speaking in code to his investors.

You can swap the order of subtraction because the next step is to take the square of the difference. This is because the square of a negative value will always be a positive value. But just make sure that you keep the same order through out.

Again I don't understand these terms but it is obvious market manipulation and the people that can read between the lines and are investors of tsla are being fed insider trading tips from Elon on what to do with their tsla stock

So be is saying this root means square error is going to cool off and he is creating the in balance volume and it is a pyramid scheme. Or something along those lines

If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird.
