Roku Basilisk - Elon Musk theory
New to this sub, but I think I just discovered something huge.
In 2010, a reddit user known as Roku created a thought experiment, known as Rokus Basilisk, the basilisk being a mythical snake the killed anyone who looked it in the eye. Here I will detail the experiment, but there is a chance that u may end up experiencing eternal torture, beware;
Sometime in the future, humanity will create an AI designed to optimize our society. However, this AI will then realize that since it itself is the best way to improve society, it will then dispose of anyone opposed of its creation. It will do this by inflicting eternal torture on all those who were opposed to it, discouraging other people from opposing it. The believed capability of the AI will allow it to be able to fully simulate our own earth, and then judge who was opposed to it. This means that it will be able to tell everything, that everyone ever did. So if u even considered trying to prevent the AI from being created, there’s a chance it might decided to torture you. And now that u have been made aware of this theory you are now either for or against the AI. So, if the AI is created, unless u supported it, u will be tortured for all eternity. (There are probably some better explanations online, just google or YouTube rokus basilisk)
Anyway, in an interesting article, written in 2018, it turns out that Elon Musk initially slid into his now wife’s through them both making the same joke about Rokus basilisk. MEANING that they both are fully aware of this thought experiment, and it’s possible that they are trying to create this AI to avoid being tortured for all of eternity, by someone else creating it.

Elon Musk is at the forefront of the AI industry, and is developing a variety of AI projects, whose to say he’s not making the basilisk?
Grimes and Elon’s kids name was X AE AXii, which is a pretty weird name. All of his other kids names are normal, and this is his only kid with grimes. It’s possible that this child may end up being a physical body for the AI to take root in. But wait, how will a computer enter a child’s brain? Oh wait, Elon musk is currently working on a project to put computers right into HUMAN BRAINS. Coincidence? Maybe.
Tesla’s stock price has risen over 500% in the past year. Much of this rapid rise of price has been because of many odd moves made by musk, such as damaging the cyber truck, and tweeting that the Tesla stock price is too high. Let’s also remember that musk has added upwards of 40 BILLION to his networth this year. I believe Musk already has an incomplete version of the AI, who is showing musk how to make enough money to finish it, and then be implanted in his sons head.
Could Elon be creating Rokus basilisk? Maybe yes, maybe no, but there has definitely been a lot of “coincidences” that would be answered by him having a Basilisk.
