Reincarnation is real.
I don't think reincarnation is real in the sense that our spirits go into other animals/humans once we die. But I think since matter cannot be created or destroyed, our nutrients, our atoms, what makes us living gets dissolved by bacteria eating it, the bacteria begins getting eaten by something else, then something else, then again and again and again.
Once our nutrients are in the grass and gets eaten by the pregnant deer, our nutrients is part of the thing that creates this new deer, and we're born as the deer.
For a much longer time perio, once we all die and the universe ends, our atoms are still flying around the universe. Another big bang can happen and it could take 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 years but because our consciousness isn't there, it wouldn't feel as though any time has passed. Our atoms that created humans could be the same atoms that create plants in this new universe. It could be the same atoms that create humans in this new universe.
I think this gives me peace of mind. We ARE the universe. The universe and us are one. Just maybe only every billions of trillions of years could our atoms be used for new life. We live forever, just not always as conscious beings.
