Moscone-Milk assasination part of a MkUltra coverup?

This is a theory that I came up with in college after watching a documentary on Jim Jones and the people’s temple.

It’s well known among conspiracy theorists that the people’s temple may have been part of an MkUltra experiment, and that Jim Jones had ties to San Francisco’s local government (particularly to Mayor Moscone and Harvey Milk) as well as to the US government. This makes it very likely that both Moscone and Milk came to learn things about the temple that they weren’t supposed to know. The CIA most likely caught wind of this shortly before the Jonestown ‘mass suicide’ and sought to silence Milk and Moscone. And who better to do this than Dan White?

At the time of the assasinations White was trying to convince the mayor to re-appoint him to his supervisor position that he had resigned from due to the low salary. Being pissed off at his former colleagues and having financial problems made him the perfect man to carry out the killings, plus he had no ties to the CIA so investigators would never be able to trace the killings to the agency. The CIA most likely promised white some kind of financial award and a reduced sentence if he did as he was told (why else would he receive such a light sentence?).

After being released from jail and not receiving the financial reward, White might have been planning to go to the press about CIA involvement in the killings of Moscone and Milk, just as he rated out a former colleague on the police force for police brutality. So the CIA killed him and made it look like he killed himself from carbon monoxide poisoning.

If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily.
