"Crimson Contagion" exercise shortly before COVID?

So a while back I had come across a wikipedia article called "Crimson Contagion" that was supposedly an exercise on a virus coming to the US from China.

This was was supposedly ran between Jan-Aug of 2019.

Then found this findings report hosted on a New York times server that supposedly show the results of the exercise. (Note: It says "Draft Do Not Distribute" on it, so how did they get it?)

Still as a skeptic I don't see either as proof that it was actually done, because anyone can write anything.

Then earlier today I find this official June 2020 Senate hearing report on Congress.gov where the exercise is mentioned by name and Gene Dodaro (Comptroller General of the United States) admits that we were not ready for a serious influenza let alone something as bad as COVID.

So to me, this is now proof that the exercise WAS actually ran, as you can't get more official than a senate hearing.

So, what are the chances that the government would run this exercise that ended shortly before the first cases of COVID were being reported in China?

hmmm....

You've seen it on the glove Tom Hanx ig post, you've heard about it in the wayfairgate evil if you are on twitter. What does it mean? My guess is "src" is short for "satanic ritual child". If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily. From a disease that was originally a nothingburger, but is now super deadly because of this leaky vaccine.
