I need help remembering the name of a theory.

I heard this theory a few years ago. It had to do with a glass ceiling on the evolution of man and the reasons we may never break through it again and reach a point interstellar travel. We have I think 3 options, 1. We kill ourselves with war, 2. We destroy the planet to a point that we have to start over. And there's a 3rd but I can't remember. But it doesn't just apply to us. It suggests that all intelligent life has this ceiling. So if there was life on another planet they have the same issue which is why we've never had TRUE contact with intelligent life outside of our planet. by true I mean KNOWN to everyone and walk among us as outted aliens

P.s. I've looked up "the glass ceiling theory" and what I found wasn't it.

You've seen it on the glove Tom Hanx ig post, you've heard about it in the wayfairgate evil if you are on twitter. What does it mean? My guess is "src" is short for "satanic ritual child". "sra" is well documented short for "satanic ritual abuse" Also, the wayfair building has the fmason black and white pattern design on the roof (see photos) which is symbolic for "good vs evil" and can be seen in many of their lodges. If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily. From a disease that was originally a nothingburger, but is now super deadly because of this leaky vaccine.
