Everyone is being played, so lets refer to those at the top (above the President, above the corporations, above the billionaires) as the Apex Players. One of the ways they play everyone is mixing races.

Let's look at 6 points that illustrate how everyone is being played:

1. The US government changed the law in 1965 to make subsequent immigration into the US predominantly non-European.
2. It was 1975 when the Supreme Court decided to force my local government to ship (bus) some of the kids in predominantly white schools to predominantly black schools across town, and vice versa. They also did it in many other cities, and as far as I know, they are still doing it. On a related note, the kids in my predominantly white neighborhood immediately began acting "black" and acting like a bunch of juvenile delinquents.
3. I learned in the 1990's that many states forced developers to build lower income housing next to more expensive single family homes.
4. A necessary prerequisite to the crash of 2008, from which we did not recover, was caused by the US government forcing banks to give loans to unqualified people to buy single family homes.
5. No one who is paying attention can deny that for decades, there has been an enormous push by most of the American establishment to import as many people from Latin America as possible--both legally and illegally.
6. No one who watches TV can deny that for years there has been an enormous push to promote mixed race couples, promote black people, and demonize white people.

Although no one else has the power to make this happen, one could counter that if this were really a goal of the Apex Players, then why wouldn't they do even more heavy handed plays. The reason is that they must maintain the illusion of legitimacy, without which, they are finished.
