Will the Ban on Menthols (War on Smokes) usher in our new biosecurity state and precrime through the ATF’s Public Health Strategy?

I’ve been thinking about how the FDA’s decision to ban Menthols Cigarettes was an odd move since we know prohibition only creates black markets and criminals. At first I figured big tobacco would push back on it, but that doesn’t seem to be the case:

I then realized, big tobacco had to get itself in position in order to not mind if smoking was criminalized. It might explain the fear mongering around Vapes back in 2019... They had to have an excuse to regulate the vaping industry so that Philip Morris could control the market through regulations, which we got in the most recent Covid Bill.

By including vaping products within the PACT Act, manufacturers and retailers will be banned from shipping vaping products to adult consumers using the USPS within the next 120 days. All orders of vaping products will be required to ship using an alternate, considerably more expensive service that verifies the recipient of a package is at least 21 years old. Furthermore, starting 90 days after enactment, all Internet and mail-order retailers will be required to file voluminous monthly reports with State, Native tribes, and local governments disclosing the identity, address, and product orders of all customer orders to their jurisdiction, as well as remit any excise taxes owed.

So it looks like they have centralized control of the market to big corporations through regulation, while also banning them using USPS (which is odd because of the new digital snooping the USPS will be doing), and Big Tobacco is willing to go alone with the criminalization of their product.

I then noticed how this agenda has been unfolded. The Menthol Ban was proposed by 23 State Attorney Generals 2 days after Joe Biden’s inauguration, kind of quick for a new administration to have AG’s proposing this type of ban to the FDA. Then we have Dave Chapman coming in as the head the ATF, who will be over seeing enforcement of these new FDA bans. Chapman has also been spearheading the idea of precrime through treating gun violence as a Public Health Crisis, which aligns with a program that was proposed under Trump called HARPA:

The proposal lists some widely used technology -- including Apple Watches; Fitbits; Amazon Echo and Google Home -- that could be used to help collect data. Other data collected by health care providers, such as fMRIs, tractography and image analysis, could also be used to predict violent behavior, although the project's proponents insist it would not collect sensitive health data about individuals without their permission.

It seems to me like the establishment has setup the tobacco companies to enter a new controlled market with their electronic cigarettes, which is already flourishing, while the ATF implements their new Public Health Measures & Enforcement under the banning of Menthol and eventually all smokes, while also being able to shoe horn in predictive crime fighting while claiming their stopping mass shooters.

Just some food for thought during these odd times.

Edit: LOL, just realized they would also be able to traffic in illegal smokes with the Mexican Cartels...
