It is well Hidden

Lies
So, they've lied and also went to extraordinary lengths to maintain the cover up/lie, for 70+ years now. The problem is that sadly most people are not aware of their lies. So they will believe whatever the government is going to tell them.

It's highly likely that a majority of the people who are elected are completely left out in the dark. The information regarding the phenomenon is highly compartmentalized and classified. It belongs to a small group of people, hiding deep within the military industrial complex. Keep in mind that they are unelected, but wield vast amounts of power and we don't know what they use this power for.

There resides a power structure within the US government/Military Industrial complex and intelligence agencies, of unelected unknown officials, who receive fast amounts of resources (black budget money). There appears to be no accountability regarding their spendings. They use the National Security Act created in 1947, to shield themselves from government oversight. The knowledge they have gained about the phenomenon they keep to themselves. You could actually argue that this powerstructe, over the past 70+ years, has evolved into a Breakaway Civilization, with its own leadership and agenda.

Hidden in plain sight
Now how did they achieve this? Many researchers and scholars have claimed that it would be impossible for the USG to keep such a secret for 70+ years. This is absolutely true. So what do you do? The trick is not the try to keep it a secret, but to keep it hidden in plain sight. You achieve this by compartmentalization. In this way nobody has the complete picture. It also makes life easier when ridiculing some pesky little researcher. And of course you use the old Third Reich tactics of absolutely controlling the words, language and narrative used when talking about the phenomenon.

They did this so well, that the word "UFO" nowadays is not being used anymore, due to the stigma that surrounds it. Now they are called UAPS, UAVS or drones. It doesn't matter what social status you have, what job, or in what layer of society you are part of. Openly talking about UFOs would be harakiri to your career and dating opportunities.

Desinformation, ridicule, lies and deceit have been their Modus Operandi for decades. Perhaps even worse methods where used to literally silence some annoying researchers. Isn't it kind of odd/remarkable how many of UFO-researchers have died due to suspicious circumstances?

Private Companies
Another thing they did was to transfer the knowledge to private companies, in order to keep it away from government oversight. For decades we've all heard rumors about this, and now Senator Reid, in his recent statements has confirmed this is actually happening:

“I was told for decades that Lockheed had some of these retrieved materials,” he said. “And I tried to get, as I recall, a classified approval by the Pentagon to have me go look at the stuff. They would not approve that. I don’t know what all the numbers were, what kind of classification it was, but they would not give that to me.” He told me that the Pentagon had not provided a reason. I asked if that was why he’d requested sap status for aatip. He said, “Yeah, that’s why I wanted them to take a look at it. But they wouldn’t give me the clearance.” (A representative of Lockheed Martin declined to comment for this article.)

Money
To keep such a giant disinformation campaign going on for decades, one might need loads and loads of resources. In order to hide something like this in plain sight you would have to influence and control all aspects of society (e.g. MSM, scientific community, Hollywood, school system, religious groups, business etc). I've always had the idea, that the biggest portion of the black budget money was precisely used for those exact purpopes. One big giant disinformation campaign, to keep to general public bussy with bread and games. Since there is no oversight/accountability to what this black budget money is being spent on, it could very well be that these people are living of lavish lives, over the backs of the American taxpayer.

The Power Structure
Some people call it the secret government, others the deep state, some call it the NWO (New World order for the uneducated ones lol), Power Structure or Breakaway civilization sounds also interesting. We don't know who they actually are. All we know is they exist and sometimes glimpses and small hints come to light regarding their existence:

• Senator Daniel Inouye warning about a Shadow Government. **Such coincidence that Senator Inouye, together with Senator Harry Reid, was also one of the initiators of the AATIP**.
• Donald Rumsfeld comments about military spending, 1 day before 9/11 occured.
• Military and spy agencies accused of stiff-arming investigators on UFO sightings
• The contents of the so called "Brookings report".
• Pentacle memorandum

These are just some examples, there are probably countless more better examples regarding the existence of this power structure.

Summary/key points
It doesn't matter if you are a democrat or republican, if you are religious or nonreligious, black or white, if you are LGBTQ or whatever letter of the alphabet you feel comfortable with, or even if you are a hardcore debunker. The news is getting more crazy by the day/hour. This is the story for the ages to come. The more (des)information comes out, the more, hopefully, US citizens will start to realize that they have been screwed over, by the some of the people they trust to keep them save.

Keep paying attention to what moves the USG and Pentagon will be making in the coming days and weeks. Especially if new laws are being introduced to take away more of our freedoms. Or if a new war is started somewhere (Ukraine+US vs Russia) or a new 9/11 type event takes place on US soil (e.g. extraterrestrial threat). This could all divert attention away from the main subject, the giant elephant in the room, the 70+ year disinformation campaign the cover up and the waste of TRILLIONS of taxpayer dollars.

Behind the scenes some people, who are part of this power structure, are apparently starting to get sweaty and nervous, or they are just trying to save their own behinds.

I hope that there are still some good people left within the USG, Pentagon and Intelligence Agencies, who remember what it actually means to uphold the constitution. For the sake of all of us, let's hope they are powerful enough to hold those accountable who have maintained this cover-up/lie for so long. Because there are many questions we need answers to.
