Recent Academic Paper from Korean University student on UFO/UAPs
While looking for the Original BBC interview/article on the Ariel School Encounter in Zimbabwe (from the BBC itself, not a copy), I came across this relatively recent Academic Paper from may 2020 on UAP's that was made by Go Han from Hanyang University in Korea.

The paper is quite extensive and is very well sourced. I haven't been able to read the whole paper yet, but my initial findings are that it is factual (as far as I can deduce) and at the very least a really good summary of credible UFO/UAP sightings! It also mentions several Asian cases which most of us might be unaware of. He has also done some rigorous archiving of footage and interviews, which makes me think this could be a must read/watch for anyone new into the subject.
His archive is still online and can be downloaded from the following links (also from the paper):

Mega: (link removed - didn't allow me to post this link - both links are on page 1 of the paper)
As someone who is relatively new into the UAP subject myself (Rogan got it me interested last year), I find this one of the most neutral and well sourced reads on credible UAP/UFO sightings.
If anyone has any other links to Academic papers related to the UAP/UFO Phenomenon, I would be really interested. I am also interested in other Academic Researchers that are involved in the UAP/UFO Phenomenon. Please let me know in a reply. :)
