Below is what he said. Think about a former two-term President who was in Office not that long ago getting briefed on this. It means that somewhere between 2008 and 2016 the National Security Advisor, and the Pentagon, thought this issue was serious enough that the President of the United States needed to be briefed about it. If they didn't feel that it was necessary to tell the President, they would never have told him what he is saying below. If they didn't think it was credible, it would never have made it to the Oval Office.

If you are from the Pentagon and taking information like this to the President, you better have ruled out a lot of expainable scenarios or you would risk looking like an idiot to the Commander in Chief. Imagine telling the President this and then realizing it was a balloon or a flock of birds. The Pentagon studied this closely before going to the White House.

"What is true, and I'm actually being serious here, is that there are, there's footage and records of objects in the skies, that we don't know exactly what they are. We can't explain how they moved, their trajectory. They did not have an easily explainable pattern. And so, you know, I think that people still take seriously trying to investigate and figure out what that is."

You've seen it on the glove Tom Hanx ig post, you've heard about it in the wayfairgate evil if you are on twitter. What does it mean? My guess is "src" is short for "satanic ritual child". If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily.
