Cases and deaths are decreasing, restrictions are being relaxed, yet governments are insisting more than ever that absolutely everyone get vaccinated

At this point, it seems hard to believe that any rational person would miss the signs. At first, an argument could be made for vaccination on the basis that it could prevent mass hospitalizations amd reduce the death toll from the pandemic. And if we're being honest, at first I thought there might be some truth to this approach, despite hesitating to get vaccinated myself on account of my young age combined with concern about the vaccines' long-term effects and lack of liability on the part of their manufacturers.

Now, however, with significant portions of the populace in most developed countries vaccinated, and hospitalizations and deaths dropping, the true plans of the self-appointed global elite seem to be coming out of the woodwork, little by little. We don't know what the ultimate aim is yet, since revealing that on their part would jeopardize their plan's success, but it's becoming clearer by the day that stopping COVID was never their only, or even chief, objective.

In the past two months or so, large parts of Europe and North America have started to open back up. Capacity limits have increased, mask and social distancing mandates have been relaxed, and notable events like the Indy 500 have been held with large crowds and only minor increases, if any, in deaths and hospitalizations. At the outset of the pandemic, the message being sent by public officials was that restrictions on social gatherings and businesses and, ultimately, the drive for mass vaccination were predicated on the notion of preventing the healthcare system from being overwhelmed and hospitals from not being able to treat patients. By that benchmark, the vaccination campaigns to this point should be lauded as a smashing success. In most countries, cases, hospitalizations, and deaths have all declined, despite the arrival of new variants and relaxing of social restrictions. Even in countries like the UK, where the Delta variant has become dominant, and case counts have increased to somewhat near their former levels, hospitalization and mortality have not followed suit. The latest 3-day average for the number of deaths still hovers around 30 a day, down from over 1500 at peak, when daily case rates were less than twice as high. In theory, this should be excellent news. Even if daily cases eventually reached their January peak, deaths would still be down by over 95%. There is no further prospect of hospitals becoming overwhelmed or patients being refused treatment due to overcrowding, and the only possible conclusion is either that vaccines have done their job in reducing severe illness or the new variants are more infectious but less deadly, a common evolutionary arc among most viruses in general. Since the delta variant is more widespread in the UK than most countries, this should provide clear predictions of the pandemic's future progress in most similar countries, and these for the most part would seem to be optimistic. But despite low case counts and mortality, relaxed restrictions, and vaccination rates in some countries still on track to reach the 60% initially required for herd immunity, more and more governments are turning to increasingly oppressive means to ensure that everyone get the jab, with no or extremely limited exceptions

In the past two weeks, both France and Québec have touted the introduction of "vaccination passports" to attend certain events, such as bars and concerts, or work in certain professions, like healthcare, despite the evidence that hospitals are unlikely to be overwhelmed again even with existing variants and vaccine coverage, and the fact that the only people unvaccinated adults would be putting at risk would be themselves and other individuals who have freely undertaken the same decision. Further, while Delta may be more transmissible, there seems to be no evidence at this time that it causes an increase in mortality. I haven't yet heard even one supposed "expert" lay down a firm opinion that the variant is deadlier, with most of the statements being given in the media thus far restricted to vague and tentative statements that "the variant may lead to a higher risk of hospitalization (not death)." This just tells me that any convincing study that would point to higher mortality simply doesn't exist, since if it would, the liberal media, with their alarmist bent, would surely be all over it. There may even be studies that suggest the variant being less deadly, but those would of course be suppressed, since they wouldn't fit the narrative. And still, despite the worst of the pandemic clearly being over, governments are adopting stronger and increasingly coercive measures to ensure everyone gets vaccinated, including people who were never at real risk in the first place.

In Australia, which has always been ahead of the curve compared to other countries in terms of lockdown enforcement, they are now talking about building even stricter isolation facilities because the current ones were deemed supposedly not safe enough after one COVID-positive traveler spread the virus to his neighbour in the adjacent room. What's next? Medieval-style torture chambers for the unvaccinated? Internment camps? Gitmo?

It's becoming abundantly clear that quite a few governments are becoming obsessed with the notion of getting every last citizen vaccinated, even when herd immunity, whether from natural exposure or contact with previously vaccinated individuals, has begun to take hold. Based on this, it becomes increasingly likely that stopping the pandemic was not the vaccines' end-goal. If not, then what is it? Genetic modification? Population control? The creation of large-scale digital and globalized databases warehousing the personal information of every individual citizen under the surmised pretext of public health? Who knows. We don't know because they don't want us to know, but it's becoming increasingly clear that the global vaccination drive might not have public health as its top priority, and this should give anyone who still trusts the self-proclaimed "experts" some degree of pause.
