Could “climate change” be public cover for a new world of mature Weather Warfare technologies?
Lots of weird weather going on between places that are in cold conflict with each other.
Heavy rain in India triggers floods, landslides. Harsh weather has hit several parts of the world in recent weeks, with floods in China and Western Europe and heat waves in North America, raising new fears about the impact of climate change. [0]
At the same time we have increasing normalization of applied weather modification and geoengineering science in mass media and academia.
Dubai is coping with its 125-degree heat by using laser-beam-shooting drones to shock rainwater out of clouds [1]
Of course, deployment of this type of tech is prohibited by international agreement in 1977 — which means no countries would have ever continued research into it wink wink nudge nudge
The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques is an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects. [2]
The good ‘ol boys in our Intelligence Community are on the case!
Robock said he became suspicious about the intelligence agencies’ involvement in climate change science after receiving a call from two men who claimed to be CIA consultants ?three years ago. “They said: ‘We are working for the CIA and we’d like to know if some other country was controlling our climate, would we be able to detect it?’ I think they were also thinking in the back of their minds: ‘If we wanted to control somebody else’s climate could they detect it?’”[3]
Could this tech be further along in secret than ever publicly disclosed? Could TPTB realize that public knowledge of the proliferation of this tech would cause mass panic? Could a global focus on “climate change” be a strategy to prepare the public to expect disruption and sacrifice in an emerging era of clandestine Weather Warfare?
The risks, of course, would be enormous. Virtually no significant technological breakthrough has ever occurred that nations did not find a way to apply to warfare, and the possibilities of global-scale climate alteration for military purposes would be staggering. [4]
Just a shower thought!
