Does the "simulation theory" disprove the existance of god.
I was thinking about the "simulation theory", which is that we are all living in a "computer" made simmulation. I was thinking if it disproves the the bible, quaran etc. and the existance of a God.
My thoughts (as a Christian) are that if we are in a simulation than "God" could be an "admin" so to speak. One of the "programmers" that made the simmulation, which has complete control over the simulation. Figures like Jesus and Mohamed could also be "programmers" with "admin" abillities. This would explain "miracles", something seen as scientifically impossible to us. The "programmers" could do what ever they want, kind of like a sandbox game where you control everything but on a much bigger scale. We are just "programmed" to think it is scientifically immpossible. However, these "programmers" must be either living in an actual "universe" or in another simmulation. Either way the point is there must be some "universe" that isn't a simmulation, with the original "programmers", and I don't believe that existance came from nothing, and that something like "god" an all powerful being, that is beyond science and existance as we know it could exist. This sparks other "rabbit holes', like "What made God?" and so on. This is all assuming the "simmulation theory' is real and that is a whole other coversation. Anyway what are your thoughts?
