Question about governments working together.

Whenever I talk about extraterrestrials with deniers or skeptics I’m sometimes asked how all governments are able to keep the truth quiet. Like “surely one general/leader/prime minister could have come forward and told the world what is really going on regarding aliens to piss off the west/US”. I usually tell them that no government would want to tell their citizens that there are forces and beings far more advanced than us because that would result in loss of faith in the government or mass panic. Is there anything more substantial that proves governments are working together to keep it quiet?

What does "src usa" mean?

You've seen it on the glove Tom Hanx ig post, you've heard about it in the wayfairgate evil if you are on twitter. What does it mean? My guess is "src" is short for "satanic ritual child". "sra" is well documented short for "satanic ritual abuse" Also, the wayfair building has the fmason black and white pattern design on the roof (see photos) which is symbolic for "good vs evil" and can be seen in many of their lodges. If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily. From a disease that was originally a nothingburger, but is now super deadly because of this leaky vaccine.
