Theories on how the tic-tac could know the cap point

Any fighter pilots on here? Need your input. So I’ve heard this several times. The cap point is essentially a secret spot that only the pilots know amongst themselves. It’s a place the pilots are supposed to meet at should the shit hit the fan. If this is not true, someone please correct me. Anyhow, somehow the tic-tac was aware of this point. What’s not clear to me is the following:

1) would the pilots verbally say over the air, “lets meet at the cap point?” 2) is the cap point somehow recorded in the data on the plane that could be breached? 3) would anyone on the ship know the cap point and thus have the ability to communicate it to whomever could be operating the tic-tac to give the appearance of what is basically “mind reading?” 4) If the cap point is only communicated between the pilots and not logged anywhere, thus only being in the head of the pilots, that essentially means who ever was operating the tic-tac is a mind reader and able tap into the consciousness of the pilots.

I’m trying to appreciate the significance of this action and determine if there are any possible loose ends that could be used if this was indeed a deep dark secret tech project. Any thoughts?
