Theory: UFO's, Consciousness, and "Summoning"

So, I've been thinking about this a lot. With Lue hinting that consciousness may play a bigger role in UAP's, in what way would that work?

The human brain has a reaction time of 250 milliseconds. Our brain is essentially a rudimentary organic computer. Imagine the "brain" of an older, and more evolved, species. It stands to reason that their information intake, processing power, and reaction times would far surpass our own. Keep this in mind as we move on.

With this possibility, it is fairly logical that UAP would be controlled through biomechanical means. "Conciousness", at its base definition, means to be awake and aware of your surroundings. Logically the more conscious one is, more perceptive, the easier one would be able to process complex information. With this basis set, here is my theory:

ETI use Biomechanical instruments to harness their "consciousness" as a means to operate UAP. They essentially "think" where they want to go, and they go there. Using brain signals and processing time allows for quicker and more precise movements compared to physical input from a pilot.

This would involve a way to measure and translate brainwaves into coherent and actionable input. We are slowly starting to dabble in these technologies ourselves, so it stands to reason that older and more advanced entities would have also dabbled, and potentially mastered, this technology.

With this said, maybe summoning isn't so much about "aligning your chakras" and mysticism so much as it is about accidentally inputting coordinates in nearby UAP. If you focus, often confused with "projecting your conscience", you may be producing an identifiable signal to this biomechanical system.

I believe that these signals could cross and carry like radio waves, and interference would be equally detectable. They would certainly check it out, as we are obviously a less advanced species, and we've accidentally applied input to their craft in some way. This doesn't mean brain waves operate like radio waves, but EEG's do pick up brain waves outside of the skull proving they travel.

I have no real evidence to support this theory, but this wouldn't be a theory if I did.

If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily. From a disease that was originally a nothingburger, but is now super deadly because of this leaky vaccine.
