Black dots and mesmerizing circles

I stare at the sky a lot. Every now and then I see a black dot in the sky. (Or rather different black dots over the course of a couple of months). I try to eliminate common things that it could be: can't be a bird there's no flapping or gliding, can't be a plane doesn't look like one, and so on. As I'm staring at them though what I can only describe as a circle starts forming around the dot. Almost like white noise but against the clouds and sky. And suddenly it starts becoming much harder to focus on the black dot. If I take my eyes off it for even a second the black dot vanishes.

I live near(ish) to Lake Michigan.

Anybody have any similar experiences?

You've seen it on the glove Tom Hanx ig post, you've heard about it in the wayfairgate evil if you are on twitter. What does it mean? My guess is "src" is short for "satanic ritual child". "sra" is well documented short for "satanic ritual abuse" Also, the wayfair building has the fmason black and white pattern design on the roof (see photos) which is symbolic for "good vs evil" and can be seen in many of their lodges. If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily. From a disease that was originally a nothingburger, but is now super deadly because of this leaky vaccine.
