How do you explain the extreme difference between eye whiteness testimony of crafts and the existing video evidence?

If we were to ask 50 people who frequent this sub, we would likely get almost unanimous personal accounts of crafts behaving unaturally, or that were huge/slow/silent. That seems to be the bulk of eye whiteness testimony regarding UFO’s/UAP's. However, that doesn't align with any of the video evidence that exists. Nearly everything that ever comes across this sub are small "vehicles" either standing still (as a light in the sky) or moving in a straight line. We don't ever see video of what people say they saw, where the "craft" was zipping around at hundreds of miles per hour and changing directions on the fly. We also don't have any credible cell phone footage of some giant slow moving craft flying overhead. And the vast majority of the world's population has a cell phone. You'd think that the frequency of personal accounts would eventually lead to something like this being captured in some way on a video capable device.

So what is the explanation for this?
