Crispus Attucks and The Truth of The Boston Massacre?

When I was in my sophomore year of high school, my AP US History teacher told my class about an interesting conspiracy theory on the day of our lesson about the Boston Massacre. I am coming here today to provide what I remember of the theory, and to ask if anyone else on this subreddit has heard of it/can provide more context or detail. I have searched online extensively for more info on this, and have found none, so I'm not exactly sure how popular of a theory it is.

Essentially, the theory suggests that the mysterious first shot fired that night (which no British troop took responsibility for) was not fired by a Redcoat after all, but rather, from a third party who decided to take advantage of the situation. My teacher said this stemmed from the fact that after an autopsy, it was discovered that the bullet that hit Attucks appeared to follow a downward trajectory once in his body - the location of the entrance wound, combined with the musket ball's trajectory, suggested that he may have been shot from above.

The theory then goes on to say that perhaps, in the moments of chaos between the British and the civilians out front of the old state house, a man separate from both groups (perhaps a member of the Sons of Liberty) decided that this would be the perfect opportunity to stir up more anger among the colonists, and after making his way to the balcony of the State House, fired down into the crowd (perhaps aiming for Attucks, seeing as he was a black man, but this is more speculation on my part). This would trigger a response from more British troops to fire, but would also account for the first shot which nobody seemed to know the source of.

Does anyone else know of this theory? Is there any more evidence anyone has to back this up? For the record, my teacher specifically stated that she is NOT a conspiracy theorist, and that this is the only one she actually believes has solid evidence and ascribes to. Personally, I think it makes a lot of sense that, with all of the tension between the Colonists and British at the time, someone would take advantage of a situation like this in such a fashion.

If there is a Marek's disease scenario due to the leaky vaccine being promoted, that will mean every human will need a shot or will die

This scares the pants off of me, the more I think about it. Basically what happened is chickens had this disease called Marek's disease that caused tumors but wasn't usually fatal. In 1970 they invented a leaky vaccine (one that didn't prevent infection but only lessened symptoms). What resulted was a mutation of Marek's disease that now KILLS EVERY SINGLE CHICKEN WHO GETS IT. The vaccinated chickens are able to maintain a high viral load while being healthy, enough to quickly kill an unvaccinated bird. So if you own chickens, and they're going to be in contact with other chickens, you HAVE to vaccinate them or they can die easily.
