This seems to confirm crashes, among other things
So I watched this video with Hal Puthoff over a couple days and, twice Puthoff seems to confirm vehicles if not crashes.
I hate when people just post a video and say, 'you should watch this' but this is quite compelling. Puthoff touches on many subjects that come up in this sub on the regular. So here are some notes, if you want to skip to discussions that might interest you. I do think everyone should watch it. There was a discussion of the bluelight shifting in this sub a couple days ago, but I didn't see any discussion of the other aspects or that it seems to confirm crashes. At 41:20 and 1:32:00 are the crash parts.

Starts with history of UFO/UAP research and the end of Blue Book but says these projects continue, and shows a slide with a quote from Bolender memo saying UFO reports would continue to be handled by the Air Force. He says the truth of the matter is these projects continue today despite the gov’t denying it. Discusses NYT article and videos from that. Says he was part of AATIP and never thought it would see the light of day. He says this is a game changer as it legitimizes these reports, they are no longer career ending for a pilot who reports this. Talks about how AATIP evaluated threats.
@12:23 shows page from 1991 classified report out of Soviet Union “Justification of the concept and prognosis on the prospective results of experimental and theoretical research of non-traditional engines operation and their interference with surrounding environment.” Says intelligence community and DIA understood the Soviets were investigating this just like AATIP was.
@19:30 talks about how Robert Bigelow got involved. And how Puthoff was involved, discusses the 38 scientific papers, why they did that and what they hoped to gain from it. discusses the 38 papers posted to JWICS, were unclassified
@26:00 talks about metamaterials studies, the bismuth-magnesium sample and their study of it. Says cannot confirm where it came from, could be a hoax. But they studied it anyway, scientists could not figure out how to make it or what they’d do with it. A couple decades later a paper is published that states this material is a terahertz wave guide. This material would transmit energy/data in a different way that allows for much greater volume of data/energy. So he says this is an example of science catching up with some of the unknown things about UAPs.
33:15 space time engineering and discussion of do these craft violate physics. Puthoff says the engineering approach to general relativity allows for this behavior without violating physics. He says this is textbook physics not fringe physics and what he mainly worked on. Discusses warp drives and the Alcubierre drive.
41:20 talks about blueshift of light frequencies. 42:48 talks about injuries from people getting too close to craft and get radiation poisoning. He says this has been reported and they’ve used those reports to back-engineer some of the functionality “what would cause that type of injury?” (He seems to be confirming that we have craft, without coming out and saying it?)
43:30 talks about Colares Island in Brazil 1977-1978 hundreds of reports of UFOs. Massive wave that lasted for days. 1,000 pages of documents logged, 500 photos, 15 hours of film, and physiological effects and medical injuries. 37 injured people there including some deaths.
“not a happy marriage” trying to investigate UAPs, with stovepiped agencies. “Not career enhancing.”
Talks about AATIP outreach and how TTSA came about. Talks about structure of TTSA what their divisions are looking at. Talks about their activities to date, says he met with a general in Brazil.

Thinks warp drives, wormhole access is possible but may be 100 years until we can turn the theory into reality.
1:12:00 discusses Richard Doty Said they had all kinds of consultants, he was one of many. They didn’t want to leave any stone unturned. Says Doty is controversial. Some of what he says is true, some of it could not be verified. And he was a counterintelligence guy so not surprising if he lied to them.
1:18:00 consciousness and sentience: bugged him that he didn’t understand it, as a physicist. Talks about how he met Ingo Swann and got involved with the remote viewing program. (This story was so interesting to me that I read the book he mentions, Penetrations by Ingo Swann – don’t freaking read this book with the lights off it’s crazy stuff). Confirms that remote viewing was used to locate a Soviet spy plane that had crashed, and this was supposed to be secret but President Carter told people about it after the fact (you can google this, it made news at the time). Says this is all declassified you can read about it in the Stargate book. (RV discussion continues at 1:41 which is where he talks about Ingo’s book).
1:30:00 discusses transmedium craft and how that could be theoretically possible and is a prediction of their modeling. Reported cases of craft going into mountains have come from the public so they don’t really have good data about these cases.
1:32:00 more discussion of remote viewing. He again seems to confirm we have craft, he says they sent remote viewers to locations where he knew they had craft “a couple times when we had some pretty good evidence of a craft caught under good national means we sent remote viewers to try to figure out how it was operating” says the descriptions of operations were too ‘right brain’ so they didn't learn anything really. But this seems to again confirm that we have craft although this may not be a crash so much as a UAP still flying around or whatever.
Tells the story of a remote viewer predicting Nixon’s downfall. And predicting 4 UFO bases on Earth. He says he does not know of any effort under great circumstances, to use remote viewing to figure out UAPs, says that’s not what they are doing at TTSA. But says entanglement and non-locality have been confirmed by quantum physics so may be something there but right now they are not there.
1:38:00 discusses different types of UAPs and cube in a sphere that prompted the aviation safety issue. Also says we have good data on triangle craft.
1:41:00 discussion of Ingo Swann’s book Penetrations. Puthoff believes Swann was tested by the government to see if he could get good results, he was given coordinates where he found some buildings and structures, turned out they were on the dark side of the moon. Swann’s book tells the story a little differently, but this led to Swann being more heavily involved in UAP research. The project was so black they didn’t put Swann under an NDA because nothing in writing but told him not to talk about it for 10 years, that after 10 years it wouldn’t matter because that program would be over.
