First let me state for transparency sake that I am a regular guy and not controlled by “Them”

My email is on the site and I welcome any correspondence

The site uses the ‘We’ pronoun which is intended to include myself and anyone who uses the hashtag

I cannot recall the circumstances that inspired me to register ufoamnesty.com over a year ago I feel that currently I have thought about this issue more than anyone and am prepared to defend my stance with out pause.

To be clear: #ufoamnesty is only a concept there is no set definition of what this would lead to. What I personally advocate for is that when congress begins hearings on this (next year?) if it is turned into a witch hunt seeking wrong doers to turn over to DOJ for prosecution the truth will only suffer as those in the know will run for cover and never open themselves up to litigation and prison sentences. #ufoamnesty at best is a suggestion to congress to offer immunity from prosecution. Congress and the DOJ will ultimately determine the terms of this immunity – but generally there is a period of time like one year in which witnesses can come forward and give testimony usually with a specific set of requirements to avoid inditement. After that the House of Representatives usually or the Senate start sending out subpoenas

Grant amnesty to:

Amnesty has been used successfully to bring resolution to a broad reaching injustice by offering accused the opportunity to ‘come clean and tell what they know’

1. a general pardon for offenses, especially political offenses, against a government, often granted before any trial or conviction.

2. an act of forgiveness for past offenses, especially to a class of persons as a whole.

3. a forgetting or overlooking of any past offense.

Anyone who has ever committed a crime to further conceal the truth about the phenomenon

Any and all capital crimes to include murder and treason

Anyone involved in concealing UFO technology from the American people

This would be any organization government or otherwise

Anyone who has ever participated in the UFO cover-up

This would apply more to individuals

Why Amnesty?

American Citizens often acting on orders have been forced to do and say things in the interest of national security for at least as long as 75 years to conceal knowledge of the UFO phenomenon. These were and are brave Americans who have had to protect these secrets to their deaths. It is likely that laws have been broken in the past and are continuing to be violated to deceive, inveigle, and obfuscate, probably some very serious crimes.

The legal implications and liability of this issue are far reaching. Way beyond Bennewitz or Forestall while these represent serious crimes, they are nonetheless just the tip of the iceberg. LE talked about this Theories of Everything with Curt Jaimungal at about 50:00 in. examples could include defrauding Americans by withholding technology which could have ended our dependance on fossil fuels or uranium. The possibilities for litigation are endless

We propose that all acts committed, be rendered non-prosecutable in the interest of full disclosure. Further, we feel a full accounting of all knowledge on this subject can never be realized if past bad actors remain under fear of prosecution.

Who should be given amnesty?

Any past or present employee of a federal agency, NGO, or private corporation having concealed or attempted to conceal the truth from the American people

Any and all Federal employees wishing to seek amnesty for any crime committed to conceal the truth from the American People
